I hate running out of ammo so the first one is usually the one I loadout with.

Heartbeat Sensor is more common on hardcore, as is listening for footsteps. With Cold-Blooded, Ninja, and a silenced weapon you'll never show on any kind of radar. They have to see you directly, which is an advantage if you play it right. Plus there's nothing you really need for the 3rd perk; Steady Aim is nice, but not critical.

I wouldn't call any class a ghost unless it has Cold-Blooded though. Compromise on the silencer before that perk. Being hidden from radar is great, but even more important it protects you from the majority of overpowered killstreak rewards. Helis won't attack you. You can walk right up and knife turrets. IIRC you don't show on thermal or the first-person air support targetting either.

I may swap out Scavenger for Bling and put a silencer on the UMP once I finish Cold-Blooded Pro.
